Proof of Existence

Funny, isn’t it, how you can be making food sourced from local farmers. You can be (well, Joe can be) up till midnight making salsas and waking up the next morning at 5:30 to pack up the rental van and get the tortillas from La Palma. You can be out at the Thursday Ferry Plaza Farmers Market with lines of people waiting patiently (thank you to those people) for their tacos, while Ron (pictured right, looking oddly happy at the end of a day’s work) sweats it out.

This all feels very real. But a business isn’t considered a real business until it has a website or blog to prove it. So after having spent the large part of two beautiful weekends in Sonoma, letting my parents watch the kids while I sit inside staring at the computer trying to figure out how the hell to get a blog designed, I think I’ve figured it out (thank you Blogger, which is made for dummies like me—Wordpress, you are not my friend).
So here we are. It’s official. Tacolicious lives.
