Tacolicious Shoots Back at the Foodbuzz Conference

This past Friday, Foodbuzz hosted its first annual food bloggers conference. Food bloggers from all over the US were treated to a week-long festivities that involved nothing more (or less!) than lots of good eating, drinking and schmoozing.

For the Friday night event at the Ferry Building, Tacolicious was there—along with Roli Roti and Pizza Politano (it felt just like Thursday market home). Other guest vendors that we were delighted to see and sample included Rye on the Road, The Pie Truck (who makes a mean meat pie) and more.

The party started at 7 pm and all at once, the bloggers rushed in, armed with cameras and Twitter fingers—hungry and eager to fill up on whatever they could get their hands on. It was—to say the least—a bit intimidating, but also a great rush! Our tacos were Britney Spears and these folks were the paparazzi. (“Hey short-rib taco! Over here! Over here!”)
